The Pastoral Council is a consultative body for the Pastor. It assists in the development of the mission of the Parish and in planning for the future. It assists the Pastor with pastoral planning, developing programs, improving pastoral services, and evaluating the effectiveness of various programs and services. Through prayer, planning, motivation, and support, the Pastoral Council serves the Pastor by helping identify the ministries or services that are needed for the growth of the parish.

The Finance Council is responsible for assisting the Pastor with parish financial administration with the specific mandate to assist the Pastor in administering temporal goods. The Finance Council comprises people skilled in finance, civil law, and business practices. The Finance Council acts as a consultative body of the faithful to ensure accountability to parishioners. An active Finance Council is critical to the sound management of the parish.
